These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by the Forestry, Wildlife and Parks Division of Dominica for purchasing eco-tourism site passes. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Passes are required for non-residents to access eco-tourism sites as designated by the Eco-tourist Site User Fee programme established in June 1997.
1.2 Passes are valid for one day as indicated on the date of purchase.
1.3 One pass allows the holder to visit one State-managed natural site during the period of validity.
1.4 Passes must be presented when requested by Forestry, Wildlife & Parks Officials.
1.5 Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.1 The Government of Dominica reserves the right to deny access to any eco-tourism site for safety, conservation, or administrative reasons.
2.2 Visitors must adhere to all posted rules, guidelines, and instructions from Forestry, Wildlife & Parks Officials.
2.3 Visitors are prohibited from removing any natural materials, plants, or wildlife from the sites.
2.4 Littering is strictly prohibited. All visitors must carry out their own waste.
2.5 Operating hours for eco-tourism sites are subject to change without prior notice.
3.1 All prices are quoted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) unless otherwise specified.
3.2 The Forestry, Wildlife and Parks Division reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3.3 Payment must be completed in full before passes are issued.
3.4 We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on the payment page.
4.1 The Government of Dominica shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever, howsoever occasioned by visitors to the eco-tourism sites.
4.2 No liability is accepted for theft or loss of any personal items belonging to a visitor.
4.3 No liability is accepted for theft or damage of whatever kind to visitors' vehicles or to any accessory or article carried therein or thereon.
4.4 Visitors enter all eco-tourism sites at their own risk.
5.1 Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
5.2 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the website service for any reason, without notice at any time.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
5.4 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dominica.
